In September 2025, consumer confidence in Slovenia improved, evidenced by a 2 percentage point rise to -25 compared to the previous month. Households showed decreased pessimism regarding major purchases over the next 12 months (-27, improving from August’s -32) and were also less negative about their financial prospects (-15, up from -18). Concerns over future unemployment slightly diminished (21 down from 22). Nonetheless, expectations for the overall economy worsened (-36, compared to -35), as did hopes for savings (-19, a decline from -15). Meanwhile, apprehensions about future prices became more pronounced, climbing to 51 from 45.
