In November 2025, Kazakhstan observed a decline in its annual inflation rate, which decreased to 12.4% from the previous month's 12.6%, marking the lowest rate since August. This was primarily due to more modest price increases in the housing and utilities sector, which grew by 1.2% compared to October’s 1.3%, as well as in healthcare, which saw a 1.5% increase down from 1.6%. Meanwhile, inflation rates for various sub-indices remained stable: food and non-alcoholic beverages held steady at 5.2%, transport at 1%, miscellaneous goods and services at 1.1%, and recreation and culture at 0.3%. On a month-to-month basis, consumer prices experienced a 0.8% rise in November, a pickup from a one-year low of a 0.5% increase in the previous month.
