In October 2025, Montenegro saw an 8.4% increase in tourist arrivals compared to the same month the previous year, maintaining the growth from September. A significant 91.6% of overnight stays in collective accommodation facilities were attributed to international visitors, leaving local tourists accounting for 8.4%. European travelers comprised the majority at 69.6%, with the largest contingents hailing from Germany (16%), the United Kingdom (11.5%), and France (9.3%). From outside Europe, Israel (10.6%), China (including Hong Kong) (7.8%), and the United States (3.6%) were the leading contributors. Regarding resort types, seaside locales attracted the highest number of overnight stays at 77.1%, followed by the capital city at 14.5% and mountain resorts at 5.1%.
