In November 2025, Bulgaria witnessed a 3.5% increase in construction output compared to the same period the previous year. This followed an upward revision of the October growth rate to 3.2%, marking the slowest growth since September 2024. Building construction saw a rise, with output increasing by 3.8% from October's 3.1%. Civil engineering projects also experienced growth, advancing to 7.4% from 5% in October. However, specialized construction activities observed a deceleration, with growth slowing to 0.1% from 1.9%. On a seasonally adjusted basis, construction output rose by 1.4% in November, recovering from a 1% decline in the prior month.
