Rio Olympics start on August 5. These are the first Olympics in the South American history. Earlier, the Brazilians have applied several times for hosting summer Olympics.

The capacity of the stadium is 40K people. Track and field competitions are to be held at this arena.

To host the Olympics, the authorities constructed 32 sporting venues in Rio de Janeiro. Besides this city, football matched will be held in other five Brazilian cities.

85K officers will ensure safety in Rio. Additionally, 250 officers and 55 world countries will help the Brazilian policemen.
