Sweden's economy experienced a 0.6% growth on a monthly basis in March 2025, bouncing back from a revised contraction of 0.7% in February and a 0.5% dip in January. Mattias Kain Wyatt, an economist at Statistics Sweden, noted, "Economic activity in Sweden rose in March after declines in the first two months of the year, bringing the economic performance of the first quarter to roughly the same level as the final quarter of the previous year." On an annual basis, the GDP saw a 1.3% increase in March, building on a revised 0.1% growth reported in February.
