Vaxcyte, Inc., a clinical-stage vaccine producer, announced on Wednesday the pricing details for their public offering. This offering includes approximately 10.93 million common shares, as well as pre-funded warrants which enable the purchase of an additional 781,250 shares of standard stock.
The common shares have been priced at $64.00 per share. Pre-funded warrants, on the other hand, have been priced at $63.999, and have an exercise price of $0.001 per share.
For a grace period of 30 days, underwriters have an option to buy nearly 1,758,812 extra shares of the company's standard stock at the public offering price. The joint book running managers for this offering include BofA Securities, Jefferies, Leerink Partners LLC, Evercore ISI, Guggenheim Securities, and Cantor. BTIG and Needham & Company are serving as the lead managers.
The offering is scheduled to officially close on February 2, 2024.
As of Tuesday, shares of Vaxcyte stood at $66 in the after-hours trading on the Nasdaq, marking a 2% drop.
