Mannatech Inc. (MTEX) has announced the appointment of James Clavijo as Chief Financial Officer, effective July 1, 2024.
James Clavijo brings over 25 years of experience in executive roles, finance, and accounting. His background includes serving as CFO for various companies in the biotech, medical technology, and pharmaceutical sectors, such as Longeveron (LVGN).
Landen Fredrick, Mannatech's Chief Executive Officer, has been acting as interim CFO since January 2024. He will hand over these responsibilities to Clavijo upon his commencement.
