Inflationary pressures strengthened in food (1.36% vs. 0.42%), transportation (0.87% vs. 0.21%), and healthcare (0.37% vs. 0.11%), while increases slowed in housing (0.15% vs. 0.38%) and clothing (0.13% vs. 0.28%). Prices were virtually unchanged in personal expenses (0.04% vs. -0.17%) and education (0.00% vs. 0.00%).
