The unusual pattern on its peel resembles ancient porcelain vases, they say proudly. This melon can only be grown in the volcanic ash of the Yubari region that significantly increases demand.

The Albino Beluga is a species of a rare fish harvested for Almas Caviar. Its price can go up to €10,000 per 1 kg. A jar of such caviar called Almas is worth near €100 per 10 g. The product is in big demand. The high cost of the delicacy is due to the fact that the Beluga is on the Red List and therefore it can be caught in limited number. A female species reaches its puberty at the age of 27. Thus, gourmets should wait quite a long period of time before they get a chance to savor this delicious meal.

White truffle is the most expensive mushroom in the world. It grows only in some regions of France, Italy, and Croatia. These mushrooms are usually located on the roots of oaks and beeches. Therefore, it is not an easy task to find one. The delicacy has a nutty earthy taste. Chinese tea Da Hong Pao is number one among the varieties of tea. Its name translates as "Big Red Robe" thanks to the visual shape of tea leaves. Remarkably, tea leaves are collected once a year from the 1st to the 15th of May. The cost of an exotic drink can total $700,000 per 1 kg. Da Hong Pao grows only in Fujian province. Experts believe that the age of the tea bushes exceeds 350 years. The unique taste of Da Hong Pao is a delicate combination of old wine and exotic fruits.
