XAG/USD, SILVER

Hey traders, sharing my thoughts on this SILVER H1 chart and how I’m reading the current market structure. This is just my personal view, not financial advice, so always manage your own risk.

XAG/USD, SILVER

Looking at the chart, the first thing that stands out is the strong bullish momentum we’ve seen recently. Price has moved aggressively from the 64.80–65.00 area and pushed all the way above 67.00. That move wasn’t slow or choppy, it was impulsive, which tells me buyers stepped in with confidence. This kind of move usually changes the short-term bias from neutral to bullish. Now focusing on structure, silver clearly made higher highs and higher lows on the H1 timeframe. The pullbacks were shallow and well-respected dynamic support zones like the moving average and middle Bollinger Band. Every dip was bought quickly, which is a classic sign of trend continuation rather than distribution. RSI is also an important factor here. RSI(14) is hovering around the 67–70 zone, which means momentum is strong but also getting close to overbought. This doesn’t mean price has to crash, but it does suggest we might see a small correction or consolidation before the next leg up. In trending markets, RSI can stay overbought for a long time, so I wouldn’t blindly sell just because RSI is high. Bollinger Bands are iexpanding, and price is riding the upper band, which again supports the bullish narrative. However, whenever price hugs the upper band for too long, smart traders start watching for either a pullback to the mid-band or a sideways range. Chasing buys at the extreme top can be risky. For me, the key levels are very clear. The 67.30–67.50 area looks like immediate resistance. If price breaks and closes above this zone with strong volume, then we could easily see continuation toward the next psychological level. On the downside, 66.70 and 66.20 act as strong intraday support. As long as price stays above these levels, bulls remain in control. My personal approach here would be patience. I’d prefer buying on a pullback to support rather than jumping in after a big green candle. Aggressive traders might scalp short-term sells near resistance, but that’s counter-trend and needs quick execution. Overall: bullish, but expecting a pause or healthy correction
