In November 2025, Bulgaria experienced a 12% annual increase in producer prices, down from the prior month's 13.5% rise. This deceleration was most notable in sectors like electricity, gas, steam, and air-conditioning supply, which saw a price increase of 29.9%, compared to 40.2% in October. Additionally, growth in the mining and quarrying sector slowed slightly, with prices for coal, lignite, and other materials increasing by 16.4% compared to 16.8% previously. Conversely, the manufacturing sector saw a more rapid cost increase of 10.8%, up from 10%, largely due to rising prices for chemicals, chemical products, and basic metals. On a monthly scale, producer prices increased by 1.6% in November, a slowdown from the 3.2% rise observed in the earlier month.
