Gold H4: Strong Recovery Builds a Potential Bullish Bounce Gold is showing an interesting recovery structure on the H4 chart after experiencing a sharp correction from the recent high near 4,650. The price declined toward the 4,300 area, where buyers appeared to regain control and gradually pushed the market higher. This rebound has brought Gold back toward the 4,470–4,480 zone, which is now an important technical area to watch. The recent recovery is encouraging because price has moved away from the lower support region and returned above the previous short-term swing areas. The 200-period moving average is still positioned below the current price and continues to provide dynamic support around the 4,325–4,350 region. Meanwhile, the 100-period moving average is being tested around the current level. If Gold can hold above the 4,470 area and produce a strong H4 close above the 100 MA, it could signal that buyers are gaining enough momentum for another upward leg. In that scenario, the first upside objective could be around 4,565, followed by the previous resistance near 4,650. A sustained break above the recent high would further strengthen the bullish structure.

However, the current zone should not be treated as a guaranteed breakout. If price repeatedly fails to remain above 4,470–4,480, some short-term profit-taking could appear. In that case, the 4,405 area becomes the first support to monitor, while the stronger 200 MA support remains near 4,325. For me, the key factor is confirmation rather than chasing the move. A successful retest of the 4,470 region after a breakout could provide a cleaner indication that the recovery is continuing. As long as Gold maintains higher lows and stays comfortably above the 200 MA, the broader H4 structure remains constructive. The chart is therefore setting up an interesting bullish opportunity, but confirmation around the current moving-average resistance will be crucial before expecting a stronger continuation toward the recent highs.
